A significant number of rooms have been pre-reserved for the participants on behalf of the conference organizers.The hotel accommodation prices listed below are SPECIAL discounted prices offered to OTST2022 delegates. These hotel prices include all taxes applicable, buffet breakfast and buffet lunch as well. We would like to call your kind attention that, as a result of a recent decision (February 2022), the FINA World Championship takes place in Budapest from 18 June to 3 July which overlaps our conference period. In case of such a large sport event the hotel prices will be extremely high in Budapest, and if at all possible, late hotel reservation will be troublesome even at higher prices in Budapest. Therefore, you are suggested to book you room as soon as possible, but not later than 15 April. The rooms are allocated on the first come, first served basis.

We would like to call your kind attention that LUNCHES ARE NOT INCLUDED in the registration fees. Therfore, we strongly suggest you to take advantage of the special offer below and stay at the conference venue hotel, choosing either the mercure wing or the ibis wing (same building, the design and the floors are different).
