All cancellations must be made in writing to the conference secretariat (e-mail: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.). If the written cancellation is received by the organizers

  • before 15 March 2022, a full credit/refund of all paid costs minus a 20% administrative charge will be issued;
  • from 15 March 2022, no refund will be issued.

No refund will be issued if you do not attend the event.

Between 15-31 March 2022, modification can be requested for the ordered services (e.g. name change, program/lunch booking), but cannot be cancelled.

After 31 March 2022 no modification is accepted.
